Love this!

I bought this on Amazon...but, I love it. I can buy a super fresh piece of fish and make a big sushi roll, esily. I am trying all kinds of things...a french sushi that I love it fois gras ( duck) with fig confiture....can't wait to make that.

served with a sweet soy sauce. My favorite so far is spicy tuna with avocado.
