Desperate


 IU am desperate for sushi...so desperate that I am thinking of starting to make it myself...I have made it before and think I have the tools. I found a new place in Antibes that is called "The Brooklyn"...the owner or maybe he was the manager insisted on speaking english to me. Here you see a spicy tuna roll...no sesame seeds and Sea Bass Nigiri. It was very good except the hot sauce...not true Japanese.The beer was a Grimbergen Blanc...no saki.
