"Luxury" Hotel La Spelunca in Santa Maria Capua Vetere

The place is massive and so pretty.

Fabulous restaurant and tiny hotel in a crappy town.

This is almost like London Broil, rare, with arugula and shaved parmesean with a velvet balsamic...so good.

This is an interesting dessert...I take it that it is made into a roll and then sliced...white or regular chocolate and ricotta...kind of like cookie dough. Delicious

I think I was only one staying in the hotel part. They have maybe 6 rooms. They set up an elaborate breakfast for me in the bar.
