Crappy Rental Car

It seems each time now the situation is worse and worse. They leaned 850 euro  on my credit card in case of any scratches...the car was covered in scratches. I took photos of everything and went over it with the guy.

What about taking care of the car? No oil, no windshield wiper fluid. 

I bought collision with Orbitz @ 11$ per day but if it's not a well known rental agency forget it.

This one was called B Rental. It is half the price of well known rentals.
